US SHIPPING & RETURNS
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders and exchanges. All standard packages will be shipped within two business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
Expedited shipping is available at the following options and prices:
- Two Business Day: $14
- Next Business Day: $20
Qualified Returns and Exchanges Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchased items to us by mail. ATOLL SWIM offers free domestic returns for store credit or exchange only. If you are returning for a full refund, you may ship the items back to us or we can provide a prepaid return label and will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Swimwear must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with invoice, sanitary sticker and tags attached for both returns and exchanges. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original receipt.
Return Process:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, email atollswim@atollswim.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your name and order number as well as reason for the return.
- If your return or exchange is eligible, we will provide a shipping label or you may ship the items back to us using your preferred method.
- Include invoice and unworn, unwashed, stain free swimwear with hang tags and sanitary sticker in tact in the original package, or package of choice.
- Attach your label to the package and secure with tape.
- Drop your return at the appropriate shipping center. Return must be postmarked within 14 days of original receipt.
- Once we have received your return and it has been approved, you will be notified by email.
